Chicken Fox Feed Game

The 'Imaginary Brainstorming "is a variation very close to the classic Brainstorming.
The principles and rules are virtually the same for both techniques.
The difference is that nell'Imaginery Brainstorming to find solutions to a problem, participants create a context and actors Invented by replacing, by analogy, the real ones.

Imaginary Brainstorming is to reformulate the problem you are trying to solve using imagination and fantasy to create a different context, replacing the protagonists of the problem, action or object with characters or alternative activities (may be more or less imaginative or more directly related to the context that it is facing). Only part of the problem, the most important and critical, remains the same for concrete and maintain adherence to reality ..

For example, if a group of people wanted to finish a project in the mid- usual time the goal would be:

we want to finish the project in half the time usually

between these three elements of the sentence, we choose one that is particularly critical objective we set ourselves in this case will be "in the mid- usual time "to play the key role and will be kept unchanged in the context of the creation of fantasy

young marmots
want to build a new treehouse
in half the time or habitual

:
managers of the transport
public come together to find ways to reduce waiting times at bus stops
half the usual time

This kind of transformation of the problem helps the participants to brainstorm, who can identify with a new environment and with characters chosen at will between fantasy and reality, to draw new inspiration and maybe reflect on what they would do the protagonists of the story imagined . In this way, moreover, you can reduce the emotional burden and limiting conditions that the protagonists of brainstorming might have regarding the problem addressed, adversely affect the creative process. Leave a
seems unchanged compared to the reality of the problem from the group a clear direction to follow, for this initial phase, where you decide just which elements of the problem change, è molto importante e richiede grande attenzione.

Obiettivi
- Liberare il processo creativo da limiti emotivi e da convinzioni limitanti;
- Allargare la visione del problema guardandolo con “gli occhi” di un’altra persona;
- Ottenere ispirazione e nuove risorse dalla trasformazione del contesto;
- Mantenere concretezza all’interno di un processo creativo

Per gli altri elementi si provvede a sostituirli con alternative di fantasia;

Funny Things For A Wedding Card

Brainwriting, the graphic creativity

Iniziamo una carrellata sulle diverse modalità con cui realizzare il brainwriting, una tecnica, complementare al brainstorming, can be achieved in different ways, together we will explore in future posts.

The Brainwriting is a graphical version of brainstorming on paper and is used to develop new products or to generate ideas and projects in areas where creativity is very important as advertising. It 's a technique developed by Horst Geschke and his colleagues at the Battelle Institute in Frankfurt, carrying out studies on methods of management of innovation within the groups, this technique was also published in 1988 by VanGundy the book Techniques of Structured Problem solving.
The technique is mainly used for groups who are not used to carry out a brainstorming session and, in general, creative sessions, or for large groups, for which the brainstorming might be too confusing or limiting any of the participants. The ideal number of participants, however, varies from 4 to 8.
There are many variations of this technique and after describing the general operation of Brainwriting, we will expose the different ways to achieve it: BrainWriting Pool BrainWriting 6-3-5, Idea Card Method, BrainWriting Game, Constrained BrainWriting, BrainSketching, Force- Fit Game, Pin Cards, Crawford Slip Writing. To make a
Brainwriting session, just give each participant a sheet of paper and a pen and have a moderator who directing operations, and lays down a sentence of departure which can stimulate the creative process towards the solution of a problem or achieve a goal.

Description
The Brainwrtiting begins when the moderator wrote on the sheets of all participants in the phrase designed to stimulate the participants' responses and creative solutions.
Each is a piece of paper and a phrase on which to reflect, at which point the participants write or graphically represent the first idea that comes to mind, of course taking as a constant point of reference, the objective of the session.
The idea may be conveyed in one sentence, but also with a design or symbol or even, if you have access to magazines, you can create a sort of collage with the pictures, but in this case the session is longer and simplicity that distinguishes this technique would decrease.
After representing the slip of paper their ideas, each participant passes the package to the right mate, that will read the idea and draw lessons from it, and the opening sentence, the beginning of a new solution. The session continues at least until such time as the package have come a full circle between the participants, although you can achieve more than one round, but the classic version of Brainwriting places heavy emphasis on speed and simplicity of the technique. At
end of the first round, the group has a number of papers with phrases, symbols and designs to choose from to find ideas and solutions appropriate to correct the problem.
everyone's ideas remain "anonymous" and the competition within the group is very low, since there is less room for everyone in the exposition of ideas and character factors, which may have important implications in a brainstorming session, limit very little about the participants.

Objectives To design new products;
find ideas for advertising and communication campaigns;
easily develop creative projects in the group;
Generate large number of alternatives and solutions

The steps
Give each participant a sheet of paper and a pen, and let them sit comfortably and with some distance between them, preferably around a circular table, the more suitable establish a climate conducive to cooperation and teamwork.
The sheet can be supplied completely white, with only the initial sentence written, leaving the most creative space to the participants, or divided into zones to allow everyone the same space.
Identify the problem or the goal to be achieved, this step can be arranged in advance by the moderator, or made directly by the group and then in a shared manner. The choice, in this case depends on the experience in this type of group sessions and the participants' ability to negotiate and define the common point.
Each participant writes on the sheet in front of him the first idea that comes to mind, for the problem to be solved, the discussion made previously to identify the target and the opening sentence written on the sheet act as a stimulus for reflection and creative research new solutions.
The idea can be expressed in different ways: written, drawn, represented with a symbol or as a participant prefers.
Participants may also bring more of an idea on paper, but in this case it is best to decide in advance and give common rules to follow during the session.
The sheet is passed to fellow right and proceed as above, with the representation of a new idea, taking a cue from what is on paper that one has before.
After a number of steps, which may correspond to a full circle between the participants or a certain period of time decided at the outset, the moderator collects all the papers and puts them on the table to start the group evaluation.
All ideas are analyzed and compared with each other in ways different from what has been done by the participants on the sheets.
A number of ideas can be taken with a sheet and join with those of others to find an original and effective.
The criteria for evaluating ideas is very important and the approach varies widely, from the classic mode which provides a discussion and evaluation of ideas as a group, coordinated by the moderator, which inevitably directs the discussion. It is also possible that the ideas are analyzed by a group other than the one who led the session Brainwriting, perhaps the most technically competent and therefore able to examine in more detail the proposals, or it can be viewed by management or, general, from someone who has greater authority over the project, such as support for its decision.
A Brainwriting
this mode, for which all participants come together to solve the same problem, can be joined by a second that requires each participant to write a different problem, your and others, in turn, write their ideas to respect. In this way, sharing the sheet with others, all participants will meet a wide range of solutions to choose from or from which to draw inspiration.

Behind The Green Door Preview

aphorism, an ebook gift for you soon fly

How many times do happen to read an aphorism and remain magnetized by those words, that create vibrations in our thoughts, sensations of our body, words that make sense only hinted at the truth instantly and make us whisper: "It's true!" "That 's right!", "This belongs to me," and much more.

Aphorisms have a special power to condense into a few words, many meanings, deeper meanings that remind us of past experiences, they do echo images, emotions light, we stop at the moment to reflect on the meaning of what happens to us.

How many times the reading of an aphorism is a pleasant, fleeting fraction of our lives, something that soon gave way to a myriad of other thoughts, daily concerns, real problems to be addressed, the stimuli of the outside world that inevitably attract our senses and our attention. Soon we can go from an intense present moment, from what the Greeks called Kairos time, swirling the succession of time that passes and runs away and behind which we ran out of breath.

With this brief please take a moment for you to read one of the aphorisms that we propose to let it settle in you and transform a few minutes of your life in Kairos, that particular time it is possible to implement a new state of things, which comes through a moment of awareness.

With exercise you're getting ready to test, in fact, you can create yourself an opportunity, a moment where there is even a possibility, in which events require action or are conducive to action. In the moments that follow, the action you decide to take, and then decide to take the time, have the power to change your destiny for a few minutes and open a small gap on the evolution of the possibilities. If you really stop to live only in this, taste the flavor of the moment, which is the largest security of your life, precious moment when you feel to be there, because life is full at the moment that is lived, not first, a few minutes ago, now has disappeared, not after a future that is yet to be born, but only just in the here and now.

Twitter anche in Italia

Twitter will speak in Italian. The announcement comes directly from the official blog of the social network for the moment only available in English and in Japanese. Soon, the interface will be translated into four other languages \u200b\u200bbesides Italian, there are French, German and English.
leggi l'articolo di Elvira Pollina su corriere.it>>

Twitter is currently available only in English and Japanese. With some help, we will soon be rolling out support for French, Italian, German, and English. These languages are commonly referred to using the acronym FIGS and are often the starting point for services like Twitter when its time for more language support. Later, we hope to offer Twitter in several other languages. No matter how sophisticated technology gets, we're reminded daily that it's about people and that's something we've taken to heart regarding translating Twitter.

People Make Twitter Better

The variety of Twitter applications exist today because developers took advantage of this simple, open platform. Protocols like @mentions and retweet were invented by users to get more out of their Twitter experience and we are able to follow up with a technical response to make them actual features. Starting today, we are offering a simple tool for people with experience in other languages to suggest translations for the Twitter web site. Then, we'll follow up technically.

Twitter Translate users can make suggestions.
We are inviting a small group of people to become volunteer translators at first. As more folks volunteer, the translation suggestions should accumulate faster and we'll have enough material to respond by making Twitter available not only in English and Japanese but also French, Italian, German, and English. We will distribute the translations to Twitter platform developers making it easier for them to offer multiple language support as well.

If yours isn't one of the six languages we're going to be available in soon, we thank you for bearing with us—we'll get there as soon as we can. Our tiny, five person team of Andy Lorek, Matt Sanford, Alex McCauley, Sean Bell, and Yukari Matsuzawa from Twitter has done great work putting this plan together. We're very excited that more people will be able to use Twitter in their native language!

Social Spider, il Networking

Social Spider

Presentazione ed origini della tecnica

Il Networking è un termine di derivazione computer science, which expresses all the issues, and / or rules, where two or more entities are subject when applying to exchange and share information and resources.
This technique takes its name from the ability to weave the social networks mutually beneficial relationship between people who identify with something or share a common goal.
Imagine a spider builds his web.
Imagine a goal. How much should
canvas weave to achieve the goal?
How many people get in touch?
Expanding the network of contacts will increase the ability to achieve objectives.

Description

Lavorare significa essere indispensabili for the rest of the community, each with its own peculiarities, characteristics and abilities. Knowing how to build relationships

"healthy", based on respect, empathy and sharing is key to developing strong relationships over time and mutually beneficial.

"The universe, including the world we live in, interacts with all the physical and natural (including us humans), through exchanges of energy, continuous feedback on the outward and return flights as a single stream of energy. This stream feeds the content in a nonlinear system, whose final result can not be calculated in advance - (Chaos Theory) "
?

Networking is a free alliance, cooperation without coercion.
Those who choose to be part of it, puts in his expertise, skills and commitment, so that each feed into the very heart of the network and it will be developed through the contribution of each.

Sharing knowledge means to build the foundations of a house in time of need. It means reaching out to someone who is looking for. It means finding that hand whenever we need, because we know already, where to look.
