Pin Cards is a technique developed in 1981 by Geschke, the originator of Brainwriting, as a variant to the classic technique. It is based on the use or post-it sheets of different colors, a different one for each participant.
The number of participants suggested by the author ranging from 5 to 8 and is useful to the participants sit around a circular table, as for the other sessions Brainwriting.
First you define the problem as a group, under the supervision of the moderator, therefore, the participants write their ideas on post-it, as they can, and pass them to their right neighbor. At this point everyone will be a series of leaflets on the left, those I come from near and on the right, who goes to his companion. The post-it notes are coming from the road near a source of inspiration for finding new ideas and share with the group, giving rise to a creative process and collaboration. The leaflets
make one complete revolution of the table and thus help to tease the imagination of all participants and create a large number of ideas.
The moderator's task is to prevent the sheets accumulate near one of the participants, without traffic to the other, and not create competition for those who produce more ideas or able to influence others.

BrainSketching VanGundy was developed by and published in the book, Techniques of Structured Problem Solving, provides the same procedure of Pin cards, but instead of sentences, the ideas are used to represent images and symbols. Each participant
graphically represents your idea on a piece of paper, using a maximum of 5 minutes and then pass it to the right neighbor, stimulating in him a new idea.
At this stage, following the analysis, discussion and evaluation typical of other similar sessions.

Idea Card Method is another variant of this technique, in which each participant writes their ideas on a piece that puts next to his neighbor, thus accumulating a pile of papers that the partner can use as a source of expiration and then transfer to another party nearby.

What Is The Best Psi Forwashing Cars

fifth variant of the 6-3-5, the fourth variant of Brainwriting

Description of the technique
The technique takes its name from how to run the Brainwriting 6 in which participants generate 3 ideas in 5 minutes time.
Each participant has a piece of paper where he wrote the three required by the technical ideas. Respect the time limit is important because ideas must be spontaneous, arising from the first images that come to mind during the session.
Initially, as with other types of Brainwriting, you share in a group discussing the problem and finding a common direction to proceed.
E 'should be the phrases that represent ideas participants are short and positive, thereby limiting the negatives themselves, and this can be communicated by the moderator before beginning the session.
The end result is the production of 108 ideas in six sheets of paper.

The steps
Sit six people around a circular table and give everyone a sheet of paper divided into three columns and six rows. A column for each of the three ideas that will produce and one row for each of the six participants Brainwriting 6-3-5.
Discuss the problem and define it so that it is shared and understood by all participants.
In five minutes the participants write down three ideas on the sheet of paper and pass it to the right mate, who shall fill the next row.
After completing the tour and collected 108 ideas will be reviewed and analyze them in the manner provided for Brainstorming and Brainwriting classic.

Force Fit Game, Third variant of Brainwriting

Description
Force Game Fit is a technique designed by Helmut Schlicksupp and that is very linked to Brainwriting Game, since it is based on similar principles, namely that an element of competition can benefit the creative process, contrary to what is usually said about it.
The author recommends the technique of using the Force at the beginning Fit Game or at the end of a day's training or a session of creativity techniques, as it is useful as a warm up before tackling the other techniques, or as a final test, when the day comes to a close, participants are tired and is useful to make something particularly compelling.

The steps
  1. The moderator comprises two groups of 2-10 people each, first to define and analyze the problem to be addressed, to ensure that there is a starting point and a shared understanding between all participants. In addition, you define a maximum time for the performance of the technique and what the two groups will have to get ideas.
  2. The group proposes an idea, the more unusual and far from the problem. This is because the competition in this technique is based precisely on the fact that a group gives you an idea very difficult to put into practice the other's task is to find concrete measures to achieve it.
  3. In the next step, in fact, group 2 will have to devise a plausible and practical solution, based on the idea of \u200b\u200bgroup 1. So if the solution will be found to be viable, a second group will earn a point, otherwise, the victory will go to group 1.
  4. Meanwhile, the manager marks all the ideas and solutions on a whiteboard on your computer, so that siano consultabili e utili in qualsiasi momento della sessione.

Ge Food Processor 106622f Instructions

Game, another variant of the Crawford Slip Brainwriting

Descrizione
In this case, it is the drive to win that makes the creative effort necessary, but it is essential that the atmosphere remains calm and that the participants, although motivated to do better than others, does not exceed a rival as the best climate for a session, however, is characterized by Brainwriting cooperation and teamwork.

Objectives - To stimulate a competition among the participants to determine who is more creative
- celebrate and reward the most unusual and original idea
- to foreground the creative drive, removing any reflection on the feasibility of the project

The steps

The first step is to define the problem in groups and state the main rule of Brainwriting Game: The winner is the one who finds the most unlikely to be implemented. The moderator
sells each group a specific number of sheets at a price equal to all. The sheets are numbered and each group to write the first note of the idea.
In about 15 minutes the participants are the most impractical ideas, unusual, abstract, with the aim of designing something that is almost impossible.
After completing the package all the groups position them on the table.
Participants will have approximately 15 minutes to read all the ideas of others and find ways to implement them, in this way will make it more difficult than the other groups' ideas may be rewarded, since the less feasible the more recognition they get, after doing this, everyone can give two votes to reward ideas remain the most unlikely, despite all attempts to make them feasible.
ideas with the most votes are awarded in the mail table, obtained with the initial sale of the package.
The technique is not yet complete, because the ideas written on slips of paper are still in use by the participants, which are divided into two groups and each is given half of the package and the task of finding six possible solutions based on the ideas available.
Each group tries to sell their solutions and the other group come together to identify a common strategy and shared to achieve the goal and solve the problem.

Keri Leigh Tucker Cause Death

Description
Brainwriting This technique was developed by Crawford in the 20's to find and develop ideas in large groups, even its creator put it into practice with 5000 people! The author, however, recommend using this technique for groups from 50 to 200 people and this requires a very wide and comfortable seat.
Crawford Slip Writing is one of the basic techniques of Brainwriting, one of the first and best-known and used. Need to find a large number of ideas in very large groups and to give a sense of full involvement in all participants at the meeting.

The steps

Each participant is provided with a notepad about 25 sheets prepared in advance by the moderator with symbols, designs or phrases that serve as inspiration for finding new ideas.
The moderator in front of the group defines the problem to be solved in the session.
All participants write an idea on every package, working alone or in small teams of up to three people for about 10 minutes. At the end of
technique is important to provide immediate feedback to participants, and to do that is useful to gather ideas in various categories to give an idea of \u200b\u200bthe solutions and make them immediately available. At this point you can make an analysis of ideas, turning them into practical and feasible proposals.

Why Does My Cat Touch My Face

Negative Imaginary Brainstorming Brainstorming

The Negative Brainstorming is a special version of the brainstorming that takes into account the possible negative effects and implications of an idea, a project and was developed in 1985 by Isaksen and Treffinger.
is held as a classic brainstorming with the difference that the process of production of ideas revolves around the questions: "What could possibly go wrong?", "what problems might arise?" or "how could we not solve the problem?".
is very useful when analyzing a very complex problem, there is a new idea, without sufficient time to test it, when you have little room for error and you want to be prepared for possible complications.
Highlighting the negative aspects before adopting an idea that helps to avoid nasty surprises, or at least be ready to deal not only physically but also emotionally. This technique helps those involved in the project to be prepared for possible failures and what to do about it.
This type of reflection is important, especially when you have the opportunity to try before finally adopting the solution and reduces the chances of being caught out.
At the end of the session, may be useful to predict a time when confidence and motivation to give back to the group, as individual participants, exploring mainly the negative implications of the problem, may have acquired a sense of insecurity and therefore decrease their commitment and instinctively confidence in the group.

Objectives - Prepare mentally group the difficulties that might face;
- to identify in advance the resources needed to risolvere i possibili problemi futuri;
- conoscere in anticipo una parte dei problemi che si dovranno affrontare, nei casi in cui non si disponga di tempo sufficiente per introdurre gradualmente un’innovazione;
- ridurre i margini di errore e di indeterminatezza attorno ad una questione particolarmente importante;

- Realizzare una sessione di brainstorming classico, capovolgendo però la normale riflessione per concentrarsi sulle implicazioni negative o sulla domanda “cosa potremmo fare per evitare di risolvere il problema?”;
- raccogliere le idee in categorie collegate tra loro, or because they express similar solutions are based on the same principles, etc., in order to create homogeneous groups of ideas with each other and give a title that exemplifies and summarizes
- use all the ideas and information gathered in groups to prepare possible measures and alternative the resources necessary to remedy the problems that may arise.

Chicken Fox Feed Game

The 'Imaginary Brainstorming "is a variation very close to the classic Brainstorming.
The principles and rules are virtually the same for both techniques.
The difference is that nell'Imaginery Brainstorming to find solutions to a problem, participants create a context and actors Invented by replacing, by analogy, the real ones.

Imaginary Brainstorming is to reformulate the problem you are trying to solve using imagination and fantasy to create a different context, replacing the protagonists of the problem, action or object with characters or alternative activities (may be more or less imaginative or more directly related to the context that it is facing). Only part of the problem, the most important and critical, remains the same for concrete and maintain adherence to reality ..

For example, if a group of people wanted to finish a project in the mid- usual time the goal would be:

we want to finish the project in half the time usually

between these three elements of the sentence, we choose one that is particularly critical objective we set ourselves in this case will be "in the mid- usual time "to play the key role and will be kept unchanged in the context of the creation of fantasy

young marmots
want to build a new treehouse
in half the time or habitual

:
managers of the transport
public come together to find ways to reduce waiting times at bus stops
half the usual time

This kind of transformation of the problem helps the participants to brainstorm, who can identify with a new environment and with characters chosen at will between fantasy and reality, to draw new inspiration and maybe reflect on what they would do the protagonists of the story imagined . In this way, moreover, you can reduce the emotional burden and limiting conditions that the protagonists of brainstorming might have regarding the problem addressed, adversely affect the creative process. Leave a
seems unchanged compared to the reality of the problem from the group a clear direction to follow, for this initial phase, where you decide just which elements of the problem change, è molto importante e richiede grande attenzione.

Obiettivi
- Liberare il processo creativo da limiti emotivi e da convinzioni limitanti;
- Allargare la visione del problema guardandolo con “gli occhi” di un’altra persona;
- Ottenere ispirazione e nuove risorse dalla trasformazione del contesto;
- Mantenere concretezza all’interno di un processo creativo

Per gli altri elementi si provvede a sostituirli con alternative di fantasia;

Funny Things For A Wedding Card

Brainwriting, the graphic creativity

Iniziamo una carrellata sulle diverse modalità con cui realizzare il brainwriting, una tecnica, complementare al brainstorming, can be achieved in different ways, together we will explore in future posts.

The Brainwriting is a graphical version of brainstorming on paper and is used to develop new products or to generate ideas and projects in areas where creativity is very important as advertising. It 's a technique developed by Horst Geschke and his colleagues at the Battelle Institute in Frankfurt, carrying out studies on methods of management of innovation within the groups, this technique was also published in 1988 by VanGundy the book Techniques of Structured Problem solving.
The technique is mainly used for groups who are not used to carry out a brainstorming session and, in general, creative sessions, or for large groups, for which the brainstorming might be too confusing or limiting any of the participants. The ideal number of participants, however, varies from 4 to 8.
There are many variations of this technique and after describing the general operation of Brainwriting, we will expose the different ways to achieve it: BrainWriting Pool BrainWriting 6-3-5, Idea Card Method, BrainWriting Game, Constrained BrainWriting, BrainSketching, Force- Fit Game, Pin Cards, Crawford Slip Writing. To make a
Brainwriting session, just give each participant a sheet of paper and a pen and have a moderator who directing operations, and lays down a sentence of departure which can stimulate the creative process towards the solution of a problem or achieve a goal.

Description
The Brainwrtiting begins when the moderator wrote on the sheets of all participants in the phrase designed to stimulate the participants' responses and creative solutions.
Each is a piece of paper and a phrase on which to reflect, at which point the participants write or graphically represent the first idea that comes to mind, of course taking as a constant point of reference, the objective of the session.
The idea may be conveyed in one sentence, but also with a design or symbol or even, if you have access to magazines, you can create a sort of collage with the pictures, but in this case the session is longer and simplicity that distinguishes this technique would decrease.
After representing the slip of paper their ideas, each participant passes the package to the right mate, that will read the idea and draw lessons from it, and the opening sentence, the beginning of a new solution. The session continues at least until such time as the package have come a full circle between the participants, although you can achieve more than one round, but the classic version of Brainwriting places heavy emphasis on speed and simplicity of the technique. At
end of the first round, the group has a number of papers with phrases, symbols and designs to choose from to find ideas and solutions appropriate to correct the problem.
everyone's ideas remain "anonymous" and the competition within the group is very low, since there is less room for everyone in the exposition of ideas and character factors, which may have important implications in a brainstorming session, limit very little about the participants.

Objectives To design new products;
find ideas for advertising and communication campaigns;
easily develop creative projects in the group;
Generate large number of alternatives and solutions

The steps
Give each participant a sheet of paper and a pen, and let them sit comfortably and with some distance between them, preferably around a circular table, the more suitable establish a climate conducive to cooperation and teamwork.
The sheet can be supplied completely white, with only the initial sentence written, leaving the most creative space to the participants, or divided into zones to allow everyone the same space.
Identify the problem or the goal to be achieved, this step can be arranged in advance by the moderator, or made directly by the group and then in a shared manner. The choice, in this case depends on the experience in this type of group sessions and the participants' ability to negotiate and define the common point.
Each participant writes on the sheet in front of him the first idea that comes to mind, for the problem to be solved, the discussion made previously to identify the target and the opening sentence written on the sheet act as a stimulus for reflection and creative research new solutions.
The idea can be expressed in different ways: written, drawn, represented with a symbol or as a participant prefers.
Participants may also bring more of an idea on paper, but in this case it is best to decide in advance and give common rules to follow during the session.
The sheet is passed to fellow right and proceed as above, with the representation of a new idea, taking a cue from what is on paper that one has before.
After a number of steps, which may correspond to a full circle between the participants or a certain period of time decided at the outset, the moderator collects all the papers and puts them on the table to start the group evaluation.
All ideas are analyzed and compared with each other in ways different from what has been done by the participants on the sheets.
A number of ideas can be taken with a sheet and join with those of others to find an original and effective.
The criteria for evaluating ideas is very important and the approach varies widely, from the classic mode which provides a discussion and evaluation of ideas as a group, coordinated by the moderator, which inevitably directs the discussion. It is also possible that the ideas are analyzed by a group other than the one who led the session Brainwriting, perhaps the most technically competent and therefore able to examine in more detail the proposals, or it can be viewed by management or, general, from someone who has greater authority over the project, such as support for its decision.
A Brainwriting
this mode, for which all participants come together to solve the same problem, can be joined by a second that requires each participant to write a different problem, your and others, in turn, write their ideas to respect. In this way, sharing the sheet with others, all participants will meet a wide range of solutions to choose from or from which to draw inspiration.

Behind The Green Door Preview

aphorism, an ebook gift for you soon fly

How many times do happen to read an aphorism and remain magnetized by those words, that create vibrations in our thoughts, sensations of our body, words that make sense only hinted at the truth instantly and make us whisper: "It's true!" "That 's right!", "This belongs to me," and much more.

Aphorisms have a special power to condense into a few words, many meanings, deeper meanings that remind us of past experiences, they do echo images, emotions light, we stop at the moment to reflect on the meaning of what happens to us.

How many times the reading of an aphorism is a pleasant, fleeting fraction of our lives, something that soon gave way to a myriad of other thoughts, daily concerns, real problems to be addressed, the stimuli of the outside world that inevitably attract our senses and our attention. Soon we can go from an intense present moment, from what the Greeks called Kairos time, swirling the succession of time that passes and runs away and behind which we ran out of breath.

With this brief please take a moment for you to read one of the aphorisms that we propose to let it settle in you and transform a few minutes of your life in Kairos, that particular time it is possible to implement a new state of things, which comes through a moment of awareness.

With exercise you're getting ready to test, in fact, you can create yourself an opportunity, a moment where there is even a possibility, in which events require action or are conducive to action. In the moments that follow, the action you decide to take, and then decide to take the time, have the power to change your destiny for a few minutes and open a small gap on the evolution of the possibilities. If you really stop to live only in this, taste the flavor of the moment, which is the largest security of your life, precious moment when you feel to be there, because life is full at the moment that is lived, not first, a few minutes ago, now has disappeared, not after a future that is yet to be born, but only just in the here and now.

Twitter anche in Italia

Twitter will speak in Italian. The announcement comes directly from the official blog of the social network for the moment only available in English and in Japanese. Soon, the interface will be translated into four other languages \u200b\u200bbesides Italian, there are French, German and English.
leggi l'articolo di Elvira Pollina su corriere.it>>

Twitter is currently available only in English and Japanese. With some help, we will soon be rolling out support for French, Italian, German, and English. These languages are commonly referred to using the acronym FIGS and are often the starting point for services like Twitter when its time for more language support. Later, we hope to offer Twitter in several other languages. No matter how sophisticated technology gets, we're reminded daily that it's about people and that's something we've taken to heart regarding translating Twitter.

People Make Twitter Better

The variety of Twitter applications exist today because developers took advantage of this simple, open platform. Protocols like @mentions and retweet were invented by users to get more out of their Twitter experience and we are able to follow up with a technical response to make them actual features. Starting today, we are offering a simple tool for people with experience in other languages to suggest translations for the Twitter web site. Then, we'll follow up technically.

Twitter Translate users can make suggestions.
We are inviting a small group of people to become volunteer translators at first. As more folks volunteer, the translation suggestions should accumulate faster and we'll have enough material to respond by making Twitter available not only in English and Japanese but also French, Italian, German, and English. We will distribute the translations to Twitter platform developers making it easier for them to offer multiple language support as well.

If yours isn't one of the six languages we're going to be available in soon, we thank you for bearing with us—we'll get there as soon as we can. Our tiny, five person team of Andy Lorek, Matt Sanford, Alex McCauley, Sean Bell, and Yukari Matsuzawa from Twitter has done great work putting this plan together. We're very excited that more people will be able to use Twitter in their native language!

Social Spider, il Networking

Social Spider

Presentazione ed origini della tecnica

Il Networking è un termine di derivazione computer science, which expresses all the issues, and / or rules, where two or more entities are subject when applying to exchange and share information and resources.
This technique takes its name from the ability to weave the social networks mutually beneficial relationship between people who identify with something or share a common goal.
Imagine a spider builds his web.
Imagine a goal. How much should
canvas weave to achieve the goal?
How many people get in touch?
Expanding the network of contacts will increase the ability to achieve objectives.

Description

Lavorare significa essere indispensabili for the rest of the community, each with its own peculiarities, characteristics and abilities. Knowing how to build relationships

"healthy", based on respect, empathy and sharing is key to developing strong relationships over time and mutually beneficial.

"The universe, including the world we live in, interacts with all the physical and natural (including us humans), through exchanges of energy, continuous feedback on the outward and return flights as a single stream of energy. This stream feeds the content in a nonlinear system, whose final result can not be calculated in advance - (Chaos Theory) "
?

Networking is a free alliance, cooperation without coercion.
Those who choose to be part of it, puts in his expertise, skills and commitment, so that each feed into the very heart of the network and it will be developed through the contribution of each.

Sharing knowledge means to build the foundations of a house in time of need. It means reaching out to someone who is looking for. It means finding that hand whenever we need, because we know already, where to look.

Tac 5 Recon Paintball Gun Velocity Adjustment

PAPSA, l'apriti sesamo della Creatività

"In the role of the manager is an educational mission, guidance," says Hubert Jaoui fact, (one of the world's leading experts on issues of creativity and innovation and with whom I am honored to work together), "because it helps to grow. It is the responsibility of management to create a climate and a dialectic to support the emergence of creative ideas and, in doing so, it must give autonomy to the people and encourage a spirit of initiative. "
To the authors' ideas is essential that employees are accepted, listen carefully and actively promoted, because "a good manager is someone who discovers in every employee-specific factors motivate him to direct it towards business objectives. "
The ability to innovate is closely tied to that of communicating effectively, to listen and accept others' ideas, to combine and integrate with their creative and in a virtuous circle. At this stage of our economy, innovation is a key component in the production of value and a competitive advantage in Italy, as noted by Jaoui, we are still far behind, both in terms of organizational processes, both regards the formation and growth of the company staff.
Il più delle volte il problem stems from the fact that the symptoms, perceived in a problematic situation, 'no problem', but only a manifestation. So the solution must be found to eliminate the symptoms but can not penetrate the root of the problem. To go deep into the work must necessarily start from a point prior to the search for a solution and will ensure that the solution found does not remain in the limbo of desires becoming true innovation. "
Creativity, according Jaoui, rests on three pillars namely the talent, the method and energy. Talent is the set of resources that we possess, the capacity to put into play when we do business; the talent is given by the universe of possibilities and potentials that we use to achieve our goals, to communicate effectively with others, to develop healthy relationships and lasting. The method is the behavioral structure, the set of actions, which allows our talent to unfold and materialize.
Energy is the source of the will with which to pursue the goal we have set ourselves, is that flow of thoughts and emotions that is channeled toward a goal.
Jaoui liquids interpreter is an approach to the creative process very different from the Anglo-Saxon and American in particular, where the activity is focused on solving specific problems or to achieve targets. The brainstorming was born for that purpose, namely to facilitate the process of production of ideas in the working groups. According Jaoui, however, this is not the primary requirement of us Latins, we have some naturalness in generating ideas, unlike other peoples, which show greater ease in organizing activities, compared to those in the creative impulse.
The U.S. model is based on research on creativity and on the "cure" the symptom, while the European one, proposed by Jaoui, sees creativity as a lifestyle, a way of seeing and understanding reality, coming from the usual definitions of thought not only when it is required to support business and problem solving, creativity, but living as internal energy capable of improving the overall quality of life.
One of the most well-known products by Jaoui and still uses in contexts of working groups to enhance the creative process and the PAPS, which give you a hint, and it deserves to be deepened through his books or listen live.
To define a goal, we can use the PAPS, the "open sesame of creativity", built in five phases: Perception, Analysis, Production, Selection, Application. For each of these steps are provided of the specific techniques that here for reasons of space we can not investigate, but we can clarify the following issues. For now I will simply illustrate the general sense of the different phases.
perceive the objective means "get thin, as completely as possible, in its many facets." To do this it is important to allow flow into words, expressions, impressions, feelings, mental images, memories, widening our sensory perception beyond our usual limits. A good perception through a release of emotion and exaltation of intuition.
Analyze the objective is translated into its "breakdown in as many indivisible, then reassembling it in patterns that clearly define its structure. " To achieve that we can formulate our need, our expectation, our desire in five different ways before choosing what we feel closer to our basic need and in order that we feel inside us and that reflects our values \u200b\u200band ideals. At this stage we discover the true goal, the problem, its deep structure. The analysis consists in a phase of another convergent and divergent thinking.
Production is the third phase and is, for example, find five ideas to achieve the objective, as formulated and chosen in the analysis. This stage is characterized as the first two, four rules set forth by the author:
1. critical abolished: no opinion, neither negative nor positive, no evaluation, no verbal or nonverbal;
2. amount above: when we do not censor anything, let out plenty of free association of ideas and this will provide benefits such as increased likelihood of having a good idea, overcoming the first ideas that are generally more trivial
3. welcome eccentricity: in crazy idea can be the seeds of originality that we need;
4. systematic multiplication: Let us open to the ideas of others and offer them our generosity.

For this phase, a time is recommended to alternate Jaoui divergent with the rules listed above, for a convergent, which is necessary to sort and translate the ideas in creative ideas, through the use of techniques such as Scamper, we talked about in this magazine (http://www.caosmanagement.it/n39 / art39_02.html)
The fourth step is the selection of PAPS, which is a creative act, dissenting, in which we totally steals every idea met and you choose one that will meet the goal that we want to go. Create and choose Jaoui and tells us that agree to give up the tens or thousands of possibilities to make one myself. How to choose one of many ideas you think? How to focus the definition of its goal. How to be objectives in the face of this choice?
Jaoui normally uses the technique of the Angel of the Advocate, Sidney Shore, divergent phase, which we discuss in the next issues of Chaos Manamgement. Apply
is the fifth stage, the decisive part of the success of an idea, which can be summarized in the phrase 'moving images', at this stage to identify practical ways to implement what was decided, thanks to the wealth of ideas generated with the work previous year.
The first task of this phase is to carry out anti-sabotage and wondering: "What could I do or say, to be sure to fail?" And listing the highest number of responses possible.
Answering this question will provide a list of ways by which we risk not meeting the target we set ourselves, in this way will be easier to avoid them and arrange alternative plans or security.
The second activity relates to divergent thinking and is realized with the support of a mental map to facilitate the exploration of an idea. The time
divergent ends of the Application and the phase is to order the ideas previously obtained in an action plan, which starts with an analysis of strengths and weaknesses and describing how the objective and how to make the necessary resources.

Coaching & creatività nella rete: SOCIAL MEDIA MONITOR: CENTO AZIENDE NELLA RETE

Coaching Creativity & information from the network.

I report the results of a very interesting research conducted by Martino Garavaglia Paola Dubini and the Laboratory of economics and management of institutions and artistic and cultural-Bocconi University .

in this post I add some extracts from the research that you can read the entire clicking here>>

Research
The research domains are 100 companies operating in Italy and abroad, characterized by the use of participatory technologies (social media) 1. It is not only a platform that allows one to many communication of rich information from the point of view (in the form of text, images, audio and video, separately or integrated), but also a many-to-many communication (Cook, 2008) , management "industry" of content and contributions of interest to the community, even very small parties (Anderson 2006) next to the management of issues and relevant content for large numbers of partners, transfer of media content easily separated from and transparently.
For each of the companies considered, the research took into account the main technologies and applications of participation (Boulos and Wheeler, 2007; Cook, 2008) used a company basis.

E 'is now recognized that the spread of Web 2.0 offers the possibility not only to produce and transfer content rich in terms of quantity of information exchanged and variety of available forms of expression, but also to interact with users - with a fast time Feedback - while ensuring the wealth of information, scope of "fire" (Evans and Wurster 1997), customization of service. From the point of view of businesses, web 2.0 opens new possibilities for communication, as close to the traditional one-way communication (Kotler 2004) offers a suitable context, unmediated to build personal relationships with a cost contactless (Shimp 2007) with integrated communication campaigns that allow a more effective branding (Sultam and Rohm 2004).
The advent of Web 2.0 has given rise to channels of communication peer-to-peer, to which companies have begun to look as possible "environment" in which intercept the direct attention of users, creating collaborative platforms (Tapscott and Williams 2007). These offer the ability to set innovative communication campaigns: targeting, flexible and the possibility of a real-time feedback, creating a direct contact between the company and users (Verona and Prandelli 2006), emotionally involved in an ever richer consumer experience. The presence of multiple channels of interaction with the application an opportunity of great moment for the company that intends to satisfy the market served (Coughlan and Stern 2001).
platforms and social media are the necessary infrastructure to build and manage relationships with different categories of actors (McAfee, 2006): the former are digital environments in which contributions and interactions are visible to all users on a persistent over time and represent the instrument through which the company combines elements and capabilities of Web 2.0 to create a comprehensive system in which we can have a conversation and you can find answers to information needs and different social and economic. Social media instead allow people to get in contact and forming communities collaborate via computer. The effective collaborative platforms generally have the following features necessary to take advantage of network externalities:
-
A centralized information management which allows efficient access and sharing of information;
-
systems of social conversation in real time that allow for asynchronous exchange of words between both individuals and between different systems and communities;
-
A system of participation that allows the collection and integration of individual contributions for the benefit of the community ... read more>>

Why Is My Rommates Poo Black

La musica cura, il rumore affanna

by Corser, Gabriele De Palma

negative effects of noise on blood pressure

Two studies on the effects of sound on the circulatory system confirm the therapeutic properties of listening to music daily

LONDON - Music all day, for at least 12 minutes. This is the therapy recommended by Professor Predrag Mitrovic, University of Belgrade in cardiac patients. A long study, which began in 1990, confirmed the beneficial effects of the Notes on the circulatory system. And after nineteen years of research results were presented at the annual congress of the European Society of Cardiology. The 370 heart patients in recent years have heard at least twelve minutes of music a day are less hypertensive, have fewer heart beats and had fewer relapses compared with 370 who did not cheer the known facts ...

The Neurosciences and Music – III, Disorders and plasticity» appena pubblicato in collaboration with the New York Academy of Sciences, shows that more than 60 scientific papers that define the state of the art 'neuromusica. The work has been presented of a conference held in Montreal over in 2008 by the Foundation Pierfranco and Luisa Mariani (the two previous editions were held in Venice in 2002 and Leipzig in 2005).

STUDY - Saffran and Thiessen's research has focused sound environment in which children grow up, from birth that is permeated with music and is dominated by a language directed towards them called Infant Directed Speech (that sort of chanted language directed to children and adults) and using a language simplified and a slightly sharper tone. According to Saffran and Thiessen children learn more words and store better if they are sung, if they rhyme and are part of a song. On the other hand, children remember more if they have the tunes and if words are not only entrusted to musical instruments. Behind these comments is the idea that music can be a means to facilitate encryption of messages not music, like language, and to stimulate the processes of care of children. The music, therefore, could be successfully used to accelerate the learning of children. Especially since there is a virtuous circle: if the melody has the words, children remember better. And if children learn a tune, they can more easily memorize the words that accompany it. "The research on music and neuroscience continues to give great results" says Maria Majno, program manager of the Mariani Foundation: "This is a growing field that promises significant advances in education and rehabilitation: what we have learned are already changing the way we best understand and help children with neurological difficulties. Summer Camp 2009
Krav Maga Self Defense and 360 °

Quest ' year, the summer meeting with the defense was a major event:
good turnout, relaxed atmosphere and relaxed and great interest by all participants, with enthusiasm and desire to learn, have been training in the three day seminar.

appreciated the lecture of the new president of Krav Maga Dr. Osvaldo Angelini which again has attracted the attention of all participants on the theme "First Aid", Dr. Angelini, a physician and an expert acupuncturist, practitioner and master black belt in karate and Krav Maga, is surely one of the leading scientific experts on this matter of vital points applied to the practice of martial arts and self defense systems.

A detta di molti partecipanti questi tre giorni di full-immersion di krav maga sono stati veramente stimolanti: le lezioni sono scivolate via velocemente, dando a tutti nuovi stimoli basati su metodi tradizionali Israeliani abbinati alle tecniche operative di polizia come ammanettamento, search, arrest and environmental remediation, proposed by Maestro Angelo Evans of the State Police, which has captured the attention of many other participants in the armed forces.

On this particular occasion the federation also wanted to be present on the spot by sending the master Federal Councillor Frank Romano Bonizzi that with his legendary kindness has brought the greetings of all the Federal Council and President Charles Henke.

What, culminating in an explosive mix with training in water is mainly based on "learning under stress," a very interesting proposal from the National Technical Director Varone Cyrus, returned from the recent Israeli stage con il capo scuola mondiale del krav maga Eyal Yanilov.

Mt Tamalpais Sleeping Lady

l'estate sta finendo... e allora servono coaching e creatività

for those who lived through the eighties, remember this chorus of Righeira. "The summer is ending .." many as usual, good intentions, money, work, sports, love, friends, culture, museums, and so on and so forth ....

Thoughts like these can give us the right motivation to start again from September in the best way, or do nothing but intensify the sense of pressure that is so bad many of us live in an era in which we are doing is running and where, especially at work, is required to perform many activities together, often overlapping. semrpe but is the fault of others, or are we sometimes sabotage themselves in some way?

Corriere della Sera has published an interesting article and scirtto by Maurizio Ferrera, echoing the results of a survey conducted University of Oxford and directed by Robert Goodin ('Discretionary Time', Oxford University Press) on the issue of time poverty syndrome.

Ferrera is what tells us about the "time poverty" based on the search for Goodin:

"According to recent research conducted by Robert Goodin ('Discretionary Time', Oxford University Press), the syndrome of time pressure is largely the result of individual decisions that drive us to do much more than it would be necessary. The authors of the volume come to this conclusion after a series of calculations. First, they estimated the hours of "work" that are indispensable for today lead a dignified life, but without pretensions: paid work outside the home, housework (including child care), and work for self care. Were then measured (using the so-called time use survey) the time actually used by people for these three types of activities.
The discrepancy is very large: on average an adult European or American devotes to paid work (the so-called career) and domestic work (including children) twice as long as "necessary" and about 25% more time for care of themselves. If we were less ambitious or less of a perfectionist, the time of assessment "at our disposal would amount about 80 hours per week, a total of 168. Instead we must be content with just thirty hours, if all goes well. Obviously the amount of 'discretionary time' is changed along the life cycle, including in relation to family situation. When you have children, the available time is reduced drastically, as increasing the hours are essential to their care. Given the persistent asymmetry in the division of labor between fathers and mothers, they are then systematically disadvantaged, especially if employed. The data indicate that single mothers are divorced and those social figures far more constrained in the use of their time of life. The winning picture is rather the so-called family Dink (double income, no kids ): marito e moglie entrambi in carriera, senza figli.
