Yet even if your mind is already there in the end, you not only remember the words I've read so far. Why does this happen? Because you can store it in everything, but do not know how to recall what you learned.
These are the principles of fotolettura (or PhotoReading). Look for a page one or two seconds and stores. Simple? No, but quite natural if you know the best use of your mind.
And to do this which is the first step? Entering Alpha, through meditation and / or relaxation. And then, even without reaching the fotolettura, you will be much easier to speed up your reading by storing the information better.
